    No recipe is written in stone. You can ALWAYS substitute one ingredient for another that requires the same moisture and volume. This does take some math skills….
    For instance, if using a nut flour, you will need to add the correct amount of ADDITIONAL liquids that nut flours require. Same with KETO friendly sweeteners….those are so sweet that they are used at a smaller “volume” which means you need to figure out how much extra volume in another ingredient will be needed to make up the difference in ingredient volume lost from the original recipe.

    These are the best oakmeal cookies, I remove the white suger and replace the chocholate chip for raisin they are the best I make them all the time now, we are in our 80, so had to tweek it a bit.
